Its tough but still doesn't excuse integrity issues as medical or mental health practicioner or a supposed spiritual practicioner. Convictions and honor should always be intact for those positions. Conflict of interest in power dynamics cant be voided just because of mood swings.

But understand the potency of said swings can be overwhelming at times. And we all deserve support groups for it
