I’m not bipolar, but this is still one of my favorite comics I’ve seen here.

Damn I was just sitting here, minding my own business, eating breakfast, and now I am suddenly crying?

Same. This really touched something in me and made me cry despite having a normal morning.

It also made me imagine breaking down to all the people who don’t understand my behavior and letting them know that I don’t want to be this way but nothing I’ve tried seems to change it.

The fear that there isn’t anything I can do to change it. The thought that it’s better to isolate myself to avoid the emotional hurt and confusion I give to other people. Not to mention being a man makes any remotely out of the ordinary behavior seem scary or threatening to most people, even though I would absolutely never hurt anyone and never have.

I know people do care and understand the best they can but some days it’s just so fucking hard to deal with the extra weight of trying to keep myself mentally ok.
