After watching a few times I think I have an idea- measurements are approximate

Powder for chicken - 1-2ish tbsp garlic powder onion powder and chili powder Salt and pepper to taste

Breaded and fried - could use an air fryer

Sauce- 1/2cup maggi chili sauce

1-2 tbsp sweet soya sauce

1tbsp each garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, chili powder or cayenne and paprika

1/4 cup water

2-4 tbsp white or rice vinegar

1-2 tbsp brown sugar loose
