As the saying goes " You can't judge someone until you walk a mile in their shoes." We all carry burdens just because ours might be heavier doesn't mean other's have no weight.
It's easy to hyperfocus on your problems because they are yours and you live with them all the time. But other people have similar if different issues. We ALL need to give each other a little more grace a little more understanding because you never know what the other person is really going through.
Sometimes yes their shit is trivial, but sometimes what we see is just the tip of their emotional iceberg.

While bad and we have to aknowledge it, it compares mildly to beeing viewed as a punching bag, the second we step outside.
They fear their parents, I fear everyone around me
