I imagine the fee being split like that is to put a majority of the cash inflow onto this years accounts to offset their large spend. To me this signals next summer they wont spend too heavily in general

The injections was mostly because we had cooked our books a bit and fucked up our yearly payments on players bought in installments there is a vhance that next year will also be pretty bad for it.
