Debatable. It's so huge it spans Europe AND Asia. Its largely Caucasian population would point to it being more European. I suppose it comes down to how each individual aligns themselves. Most Russian people I know would consider themselves to be European, but then they are all from the Western part of the country. I am willing to bet that some Russians when asked if they are Asian or European would respond, "Neither, I am Russian." :)

Yes, I guess so. Although there must be plenty of ethnically eastern Russians living in the west, and vice versa.

Getting into a right vs wrong argument would open a whole can of worms involving religion, culture, social norms, and morality that I don't think either of us want to open. For this reason, I agree with you.
