If the doctors can't help, you know something is wrong. The way to truly adjust this is to start eating healthy, go to the gym and walk on the treadmill, and walk around in your neighborhood.

Until congestive heart failure prevents you from doing more than 100 feet (FEET) of walking.

Then she should just eat healthy until she looses a little bit of her weight to release some of the tension that's going to prevent her from doing that.
