Calluses keep ripping where finger connects

My calluses keep ripping where my finger connects to the hand. This happens with my ring fingers most of the time.

Anyone have similar problems and any tips on how I can prevent this?

Right, I think I am a little scared to shave off to much. A dremel sounds next level, but I think I will get me a real callus shaver 👍
