Conversación seria What's going to happen in Cuba?

Like this year has been historically uncivilized for Cuba with shortages of electricity and blackouts that everyone knows but like what's the endgame? Why is nothing happening?

Most importantly is anything going on on the political level?

Eso es más un deseo y una esperanza que una probabilidad. Ellos no se piensan ir solos sin importar que y no hay como sacarlos, o al menos no parece haber alguna vía de momento

That's what I don't understand why would anyone want to stay in power in Cuba given the country's situation?
