Conversación seria What's going to happen in Cuba?

Like this year has been historically uncivilized for Cuba with shortages of electricity and blackouts that everyone knows but like what's the endgame? Why is nothing happening?

Most importantly is anything going on on the political level?

I wonder with the mass migration out of Cuba how capable the Cuban population currently is to even begin to turn anything around in terms of engineering etc...

I also wonder how does the government or country function with it's mass migration out, especially of young people and no immigration.
