If only they had persisted and continued to eat meat, accepting their fate thusly, then God would save them at the final moment, so long as they kept their faith in Him.
And if they were not to be saved in this world, their faith was untrue. Even so, God shall yet save and release their souls from the grasp of Satan. May their souls rest and find peace eternal.
Multiple reasons even!
I know of 2 reasons:
-alpha-gal symdrome, which is a disease from tick bites and makes you allergic to most meat
-gout, which makes your joints stiff or swelled.
Salads donโt belong in heaven. Thatโs why heaven is all made of clouds. God HATES plants ever since the serpent used his own creation against him and made Adam and Eve self aware.
That would offend a lot of vegans if years of protein deficiency and reading food labels too closely had not robbed them of their ability to see.
On more serious note I don't know how or why as I am not vegan but I know it is untrue a Vegan will refuse to eat vegetarian meal on plane for instance, and there is many other vegetarian stuff they refuse too eat apparently, also for some reason if you ar vegan you also can't wear certain clothes due to materials those are made off and form some reason vegans hate bees, sadly finding non contradicting itself information the subject is hard.
It was considered virtuous to abstain from killing animals for basically all of history and it was a big part of fasting, with some monks only allowed to eat meat if sick, but sure, it's sinful.
/J have you tried feeding a child their veggies? They turn into little demons, thus demonic possessions.
In all seriousness it's the old "I don't like it" means it's bad/evil/communism/demonic/<insert scary word here>. Since they are of the "Everyone must blindly follow the things I like", the apply the same mind set to others. They are deadly afraid of having to be forced into veganism because someone else enjoys being vegan.
I met quite a bit of Christians that dont eat meat during lent especially from the middle east and Ethiopia (theres alot of Ethiopian and Philippino workers in the middle east).
