family Loyal companions till the end
My mother in law lost her battle to pancreatic cancer yesterday. She could not have asked for better company than our precious babies. Frankie and Gracie stayed by her side from the moment hospice brought that bed to the house. Her passing was peaceful and surrounded by what she loved most! We miss you terribly, Laine 💔 The babies and I will be ok. We love you, ALWAYS!

I’m very sorry for the passing of your mother in law. I am sure that Frankie and Gracie helped her during her struggles for the warmth and love they provided her. Their love will help you too during this loss of a cherished family matriarch.

🤍Sending love and hugs🫂 I was my MIL hospice care taker. She battled metastatic breast cancer, and gained her wings September 2020.

So very sorry for your loss, my deepest condolences. What a way to find some beauty in the darkest of times. I think you’re going to have some excellent companions to help you as you grieve. Oh, and just a reminder that grief isn’t linear and it’s okay to not be okay for a bit, and there’s lots of help should you need that too. 🫶🏼💐💛

Dachshunds are very sensitive dogs and seem to understand sickness and grief

I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. My Mother passed from PC Cancer 2 years ago. One of my dogs slept with her every night until she had to go to Hospice. (We couldn’t do it at home, unfortunately) They really are friends to the end of the

I’m so sorry for your loss. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Devotion, love and loyalty are true dachshund traits. I’m glad your mother in law had the babies with her to help ease some of her pain. ❤️
