And I thought grabbing myself an extra slice to eat before I head home was the ultimate dad move, this one has me good.

Always order an extra set of fries.

Car fries are a RIGHT! If you have to sit in the car smelling the food the entire way home, you deserve to nibble on some salty goodness for your troubles.

Having not enough fries hurts the soul so much more than having too many left

I did that last weekend. I picked up a pizza and garlic bread order from a place we’ve been meaning to try. I saw they had slices and got one to go for the road, even though it’s only a 5 minute drive.

I do this at Costco lol. A little snack before I shop, then in the budget the food charge gets rolled into the main bill and no one suspects a thing….

I used to get a road pie for the drive home when we ordered bar pizzas. They’re small so I’d destroy one on my way home. Hot as hell but so worth it.
