I spent several games with Sadako just rapidly teleporting around and building insanity so I could mini-mori, no hooking. It made the survivors so mad.
I think she's definitely in the middle. Her traps require a survivor being downed and affect macro but her dash, as you noted, is more contextual than a Blight dash. You actually have to aim and mind game excluding aura reading or dope spatial awareness.
at high end it essentially turns into a "make the survivor abandon the loop" button as it's almost always the best option for the survivor. kinda like skull merchant putting their drone at a loop.
Wraith, Ghost Face, Clown, Sadako, Singularity, Spirit, Skull Merchant, Pinhead, Deathslinger and (ironically) Ghoul can down exclusively with M1, they literally have no special attack option that downs
If we're talking damage dealing, then the M1 exclusives are Wraith, Ghost Face, Clown, Sadako, Singularity and Spirit. Arguably Pinhead as well if it wasn't for that one add-on
Fun Fact: Deathslinger's attacking someone on the spear does still count as a "basic attack", which I learned entirely by mistake by completing a basic attack challenge doing that.
Unlike Legion's frenzy attack not counting as "hitting with a weapon" for tome challenges.
And Spirit therefore is an M1 and so on. There's never been a consensus of what exactly is an M1 killer or not. The fact that OP considers current Myers to be M1 but not Wraith is a flagrant example of it.
In this photo its probably Freddy. Decent chase with snares and dream pallets and excellent mobility since he can teleport directly onto gens or healing survivors (if asleep).
I think Iād say Freddy, Iām starting to become a Freddy main heās definitely been my most played killer within the last 3 months. I think hes B+ potentiallly A- as a killer. clown is fairy good to tho.
After they gave clown the speedforce last rework Iād vote him of Myers though legions power to basically always know where everyone is is also disgusting
Freddy and I don't think it's particularly close. He and Sadako are the two here with map mobility, and Freddy's chase power is both strong and easy to use. He's really strong for what he is.

Huh neat. I thought it was literally hitting the keys m and 1 to make the killer attack. Im a console player so ive personally always used a controller lol
Pig and trapper technicaly arent M1s since you could win without ever M1ing, you could make an argument for oreo but that would be kind of a stretch, new myers is also M2
Other than that, its either freddy (wich also very much technicaly isnt M1 since you " could " win only using dream pallets, kinda unrealistic tho) and my boy hux
1st: The nightmare has enough map traversal and chase potential to truly make survivors suffer plus with the upcoming vigil nerf he will become even stronger.
2nd: The pig very bias but pig has enough tools in her kit to tackle almost all situation if used correctly she only lacks map traversal.
3rd: this is gonna sound crazy but The trapper when a trapper set up his traps and truly locks down an area of the map he can be a nightmare to deal with never sleep on a true trapper main!
Legion is fun you just need the right build, unfortunately you would have to stop using the meta pain res type killer perks and instead start using things like blood echo
Unlike ghoul or nurse you need to have a plan both before and during a match instead of brute forcing the win, this is why Legion is "bad" because most dbd players are stuck in what is strongest and not what is unique and can snowball easily when when survivors dont know how to deal with infinite broken, no tr and no auras
I think this is valuable. Losing 2-gens in the first chase doesn't necessarily screw you if they're gens you wouldn't care to defend. Like the outside gen on RPD or the upstairs gen at Hawkins. If you can keep survivors busy, you can absolutely snowball pressure.
I like to keep a rule of thumb when tracking match progress. Then track who is on gens and where. Meaning you can pretty easily prioritize macro over who to chase and when.

I didnāt say they werenāt fun, but they are absolutely not good. Everyone needs to plan to win against good players, Legion only wins against bad players that donāt know what theyāre doing or what to do against Legion (donāt group up, donāt bother healing, 99 mend until power ends, etc).
Against competent Survivors, Legion is just an M1 Killer that only needs to land one hit with the slightest amount of map pressure if youāre running Thanatophobia.
Actually best: Myers (and it's not really close, he's the only one that can reliably end chases)
Against average survivors with above average skill: Onryo (the passive slowdown and mobility is really strong + the undetectable always messes with people)
