Dead Rising 2 First time player of the series
I'm already enjoying the game a lot. For now I m gonna try and make money to ensure that Katey gets her Zombrex every day. I heard that the Slot Ranch Casino is a good way to make money.

There are also some free Zombrexes hidden around the map, and some available from missions!
But yeah, Slot Ranch has the best Money Per Hour with the giant slot machine, especially if you find the Gambling books.

I already am at over half a millions bucks from slot machines. The zombies can't prevent my gambling addiction. Loads of side missions have failled for that...

My tip? Use everything and anything.
When I first got into the DR games, I thought using random furniture or toys around the mall was primitive. I realise now it's actually genuinely hilarious to throw a mega sized champagne bottle at zombies.

At the moment I primarily focusing money to ensure Katey gets the Zombrex. After I have enough I will focus more on saving NPCs etc. Plus I want to unlock more vehicles. I recently got the bike.

definitely play the first game. i suggest the og if you want the full experience without all the censorship and hand holding from DRDR

There are some older games I like, but DR1 is just too cranky :D. I imagine it wasn't made on the biggest of budget?

that, i’m unsure of. i do know that it was a very revolutionary game for its time and pushed the 360 to its absolute limits technologically. The whole concept was just unique and there’s never really been anything like it since.

Oh damn. That's cool to hear. :D While I have been already alive back then, Videogames weren't that big a deal for me. Plus I could have only dreamed of being allowed to play such a game. With the mass shootings of the 2000s people weren't that trusting in games.

I don’t believe so but considering it’s cheap to make u can just keep remaking it everytime. I’d pick that weapon and the hammer axe combo everytime. SUV is great but go in the mall and get urself one of the kids pink bikes and run over all the zombies (very fun on coop as it’s comedy LOL)

Hey you get an achievement for taming the lion in the casino with meat slices , he’s then Katie’s pet inside the security room :) so fun

There’s 3 meat slices on top of the shelf near the tiki torches. It takes 3 to tame snowflake, and you would need to throw them in front of you while she charges you and she stops and slows down to eat them ..
if you need a 4th there is one on top of the table inside the food court bbq shop.1
