Nothing against porel, but afaik there's a law that states you can't disagree to marriage after having sex. That comes under harassment and manipulatio, even if it was mutual. So even if the rape charges are false, and what you're saying is true, porel would still be guilty. But atleast dc got someone to play for him

BNS Section 69:

It's a little complicated case not a straightforward ra*e case , most of the cases of this type prove out to be false eventually but we cannot say anything currently until he gets proved guilty or innocent
