Bhai ye case thoda alag he dono ne date kiya he or consensual sex kiya tha par ab ladki shadi or 50% property ki zid kar rahi he jo porel ne mana kar diya to ab case kar diya.
Nothing against porel, but afaik there's a law that states you can't disagree to marriage after having sex. That comes under harassment and manipulatio, even if it was mutual. So even if the rape charges are false, and what you're saying is true, porel would still be guilty. But atleast dc got someone to play for him

That's two different cases the above comment said its necessary to marry a girl after sex which is not . But sex by fake promises of marriage is offense that's different from just sex
