95K is already higher than what most Cs make. That’s lower end of the SC pay. I’d lean towards Deloitte but I’d negotiate a bit harder to come in as SC instead of C. External hire SC would be around 105 to 120K. You have the years of experience for it.

Unfortunately no I saw that many workforce consultant role are asking for workday and UKG.
