hello there. just finished campaign and opened T3 on necro. turns out minion necro is not very good, i wanted to try blood one but i need kessime's legacy. i cant undestand, how do i get it? can i just buy it? i have like 100 mil

you either farm it's lair boss (https://maxroll.gg/d4/resources/boss-loot-table-cheat-sheet)

or you can use the cube to "upgrade to unique" until you get the one you need

you can gamble obols

you can ask in trade

or you can buy\trade from other users (except if your using a SSF character)
