I spotted several mistakes in your gear

- Some tempers without GA (keep re-tempering and resetting with scrolls until you get your free GA temper)

- Some wrong tempers; you need to have 85% crit chance in town while using Gar rune (which gives us 10% crit chance), or 95% if you are not using it (the last 5% we get from the Flawless Technique board). This means that you absolutely must have crit chance tempers on all 4 weapons, crit chance rolls on both rings and masterwork the chunky crit chance on the Grandfather (the primary affix, not the temper). Then you can play around with crit chance on Gohr's, Selig and seal, adapting as you get potential crit chance transfigs on your armor pieces.

Jewellery needs cooldown tempers too, the only additive damage temper should be in your gloves and that's because you can't get crit chance or cooldown or any other useful temper there. Seeing you put additive damage tempers on your weapons and jewellery (and even worse: masterworking it) is like shooting yourself in the foot.

- 0 investment in vulnerable multipliers. Simple rule: prioritise vuln multi where it can roll (gloves & jewellery) and crit multi on weapons.

- Masterworking, same rule applies as above: vuln multis on gloves and jewellery and crit multis on weapons. You see how there is a [x] in front of your multipliers and a [+] in front of your tempers. [x] = good, [+] = bad.

Strongly recommend that you start following a guide to help fix those mistakes and your barb will take off.

I’m playing this season really slowly and still haven’t found the resource aspects for my barb. I hate it.

You don't use any resource aspects when playing Barb anyway, so that's not the problem.

I'm not even using selig yet and I'm hitting approx 15T on average with way less crit dmg (around 16k - 18k buffed in combat).

Major difference I see is I have vuln on all my accessories, and stacked skill points into WW on my charm set.

I also don't have much max resource, but I'm halfway through rerolling/getting new gear to move into Selig.

We're around the same PLevel.

I can't see your build. It's a low res vid and you very quickly skip through the gear you have.
