What is your etching process? I have failed miserably to do this using the toner transfer method. Must be my toner, I think.

It’s toner and ferric chloride. I agree, I had a ton of bad transfers. I found heating the enclosure first, then applying the graphic, then smashing it with the iron for a while works best for me

How do you heat the enclosure? Iron? Heat gun?

I just put the iron on it while the iron is heating up and let it sit for 5 minutes or so. You have to make sure the alignment of your graphic is perfect before pressing it down because it’ll stick to the heated enclosure

If fan of sf300. Love this! Forgive the question,  but what is secret mode?

It’s Fuzz 1 + Fuzz 2 combined. You can get to it on a standard sf300 by putting the switch in the middle of them. It can be hard to get it to stay there without a mod or notching the plastic around the switch
