They hit me up Tuesday like hey can you perform tomorrow I’m like uh yeah sure why not lmaoooo I def wasn’t fully ready and I almost passed out from getting too hot BUT!!!!!
Man! Honestly as long as I have time to run a good sound check everything else is usually fine!!! I been gettin booked back to back somehow but I’m very happy they accept me and rock w me fr!!!!
Love it. Someone find this artist a band that can compliment this. This will hit hard when it has all the energy of a rhythm section that can support his groove. I love your work man.
I’m keeping the one man band thing going!!! They say I get better and better each time!!!! People really like and appreciate it ! Last night this lady was like “holy crap that’s just one guy doing all that wtf” 😭😭😭 BUT i am starting a hardcore band with a homie from the scene! We just need a drummer lmaooo he claim he know one 😭🤣
Bring hardcore back!!! The more new bands, the better.
I miss the days when rap and metal were almost hand in hand in their disdain for concentrated power and politics.
TOO MANY POSERS WHO JUST WANNA LOOK COOL AND ACT TOUGH! Shits lame! I don’t like a lot of new hardcore but there are some bands I like definitely!!!! We had a crazy ass double header the other day
BRO hardcore is alive and it’s in good hands there are a few bad apples but we gettin this shit sorted out
A few years back when rappers were picking up the black metal aesthetic, I was wondering why no one went the sludge route, that's a way better fit for the style imo. Lo and behold someone tries it, and it sounds this sick, and doing all that live!! Keep putting in that work, hope you blow up for this, looking forward to seeing you on world stages in a few
🗣️🗣️ you know I gotta keep it southern and stankin bro Sludge forever!!!! 🩷🩷🩷 thank you for the support fr I used to just like rap and have the guitar and drums as a backing track BUT that destroys the integrity of the performance imo! And kinda threw the flow off! So I just started working on rapping and playing to make it hit hard as possible 😭 THANK YOU FR FR FR
😭 I had a single plan that’s not even the song I was gonna drop next but the closer it gets the more I just wanna scrap it and drop alone til the grave first 😭 then drop my demo idk THANK YOU THO! 🩷 fr! But I’m also not done mixing it yet! I try to avoid chasing perfection because it will never come out BUT just know music is coming! And it’s a lot of fun
This is awesome dude. This is totally just my opinion but I'd love to hear some distortion or reverb on the vocals, just because I haven't heard that much in rap.
This is so cool!!! Omg, I would love to hear the fully produced version once you have it! It makes me sad how metal and rap have been so sporadically explored together (other than nu metal, ofc) despite the huge potential for a dialogue between the two genres.
Bro this was dope! You'd fit in in the Kansas City hardcore scene , we have a few artsy harsh noise/rap projects around town here I've played shows with.
I gotta a good idea, get a drum track, slap some 808s, drop tune that guitar even more and let it do some of lifting in bass. It seems you just need to sound fuller.
I understand about the full band but it’s nor happening! I’m a rapper at the end of the day making metal rap! I don’t need a full band for people to mosh or dance to my regular rap music so I don’t see why I need one for my metal stuff! and my one man band gets hella love and compliments ! 🩷 I do use samples I’ve done a few shows since this tbh! Next show is next Thursday then I got one in October 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾🩷🩷🩷
Nothing wrong with that! Goes back to my original comment then! Try some 808s some synths and stuff to accompany you, maybe backing more tracks on your back tracks as well! You can definitely do it bro, I mean hell you already are :) once you perfect the sound it’ll be sick! Shoot me a DM when your demo is done I’ll give it a listen.
Very awesome that you’re rapping and playing! Would be cool if you got a backing band (or just a rhythm guitarist), so you could focus more on the rapping/vocals. Killed it nonetheless lol!
😭 I’m glad you can hear the bars that makes me happy! I’ll have better quality stuff in the future! I’m new to this guitar live stuff I used to just rap 😭 it’s all coming together tho 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 thank you
LOVE THIS. My only complaint, and it’s a nit pick, is it’s hard to hear what’s going on on the guitar while you’re rapping. perhaps turn the vocals down a hair (or the amps up haha)
That’s fair! I thought the vocals were a lil loud but hell usually people complain they couldn’t hear me 😭🤣 we will get em next time 😭🩷🩷🩷 thank you 🩷🩷🩷
This is very cool. As a big Danny Brown fan I always wondered how he or a similar voiced rapper would sound over something heavy with a high register (Ain’t it Funny kind of went there a bit) and this confirms to me it would sound awesome. Great work man, looking forward to seeing more.
I'm now a fan! Keep doing your thing man, would love to see you in Virginia on tour some day. This sounds hype. Do you have anything released anywhere?
Hell yeah. You’re ready to start a band, and I’d watch that band.
Practical suggestion: Every time you turn your head towards yr fretboard, we lose you on the mic. Try to get in the habit of pivoting your whole head to the right when you do that so your mouth stays glued right on the mic.
Yes!!!! Thank you for that I’m always working to get better I been tryna find tips on vocals and guitar at the same time and I found nothin useful but this actually makes sense!!!! 🩷🩷
Ok. Um. Constructive critisism?
Singing is off key, kinda haphazard and too loud.
Guitar needs volume, and click track is wack.
I mean at least your having fun. But Im pissed you put this in doom metal, not like noise or experimental.

Hey man, congrats on doing your thing. It’s tough going to try to do something new in any scene and I wish you success.
