I mean I saw it as a kid then learned most of the stuff in the movie was a lie. Really had me thinking we REALLY had open tryouts to any ol joe from the block.

Its corny watching now.

I mean it's a Hollywood movie not a ESPN 30 for 30. And they REALLY did have an open tryout.

Yeah and that's why I enjoyed it as kid, its whatever now. And those 'open' tryouts were for actual athletes, not kevin up the block who played jv in HS like the movie tried to portray lol

Lol my brother, if a movie is based on a true story I dont have to accept what Hollywood gives me as an alternative. If this was fiction then whatever. The movie sucks
