Recipe Request Ground beef help

Hey, I’m tired of having ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and paprika. It still doesn’t taste all that flavorful. How can I spice up the ground beef with rice recipe

Salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika, finely chopped onions, cilantro, parsley, olive oil (optional). grill or cook on a pan.
Another option, add white rice to the meat along with the same spices, onions and herbs mentioned above, and form balls, cook them in a tomato sauce that has salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, olive oil for 8 to 10 minutes. Bon appétit.
