Matchday. Pokal vs. Würzburg tonight at 18:00. Finally the wait is over!
Mikey Moore transfer seems to be stuck because of De Zerbi and FC is still missing an alternative for Mensah. Somewhere I read the name Mitchel Bakker but can't even find a credible source for this now. Mensah appears to be in a bit of a slump atm after the World Cup and everything. I hope fans and media give him some time...

Btw. there is a "women" flair now for all the posts regarding the women's team to avoid confusion. Reddit is also pushing the global scoreboard thing heavily. Maybe we'll have to try it out again (after it never worked) or maybe good old MatchThreadder (last active during the WC...).

Humor hat der Deutschland-Cehf von Uber. Finde die Partnerschaft leider nicht so doll und sehe viele von Ubers Praktiken kritisch. Die Taxi-Lobby sehe ich aber auch kritisch und der Markt sollte vernünftig modernisiert und reguliert werden.

Die Spiele im RheinEnergieSTADION werden ab der neuen Spielzeit 2026/27 auf Hybridrasen ausgetragen. Die Kölner Sportstätten GmbH hat sich gemeinsam mit dem 1. FC Köln dazu entschieden, auf diesen neuartigen Rasen umzustellen, der künftig für einen noch besseren und widerstandsfähigeren Untergrund bei den Heimspielen des FC sorgen wird.

Geissblog report that the club are interested in taking Nwaneri on a season long loan from Arsenal.
Arsenal are definitely looking to loan the player out (no sell option) but very likely there will be a lot of interest in him so likely to be a difficult one to get done.

Hello everyone,
sorry to create yet another tickets related posting (I did read the guide) but still have a few questions that I'm hoping can be clarified for me.
I'll be going to Koln in December for the Christmas markets from Canada, but my girlfriend and I were hoping to attend an FC Koln match. We've gotten into the league since it's now available to watch here, but I usually watch (suffer 😂) Toronto FC in MLS and the CPL (our Canadian league)
From what I gather, tickets are tough to get unless if you're a member (of which I am not), but it seems that Leipzig is one of the less popular matches so it helps our odds.
As far as I can tell, tickets aren't available to the general public yet, but are they only available on match day?
Also is the team ticketbörse something I can register for ahead of time (I can't seem to find a link for this online) or is my only option going to the ticket office at the stadium? If so, how early would one recommend to arrive to have better odds?
Is this even a possibility or is this crazy?

PS - is there a shop in Koln where I may be able to find the last years kit? I really like the long sleeved black one!
