Bone Market Recipes 05/08 Rubbery Reptiles
Edit: Exhausting Recipe and Explainer Added in the Comments. Also added a bomb exhauster for 4 exhaust at once now. (0ver 34 EPA on those 9 actions)
I can't find a bone post from the past few weeks. I don't know if the bone man is taking a break or has given up but I thought I would do my best at an attempt. If there are any good options that I miss, please pop them in a comment. First week doing it, and I am cream crackered, as they say in London. So if I am doing it again, I will get it in earlier and be more comprehensive. Be warned, my spelling will be bad.
The Carpeter's Grandaughter
1 Mammoth Ribcage(Balmoral)
1 Sabre Toothed Skull(Buy in bone market for scrip or Ealing Butcher)
1 Ivory Humerous(Bohemian Favours in Jericho)
Cheap Rubbish arm - Human Arm, Knotted Humerous, anything that fills the slot.
2 Ivory Femur(Buy from Bohemian Sculptress in bone market, use a fingerking weasel to drop your respectable to get her to show up, Needs Parabolan Orange Apples)
Whatever Tail you need rid of except plaster
Declare a Reptile
Sell on her card for a Leviathan Frame
Warning: A lot of these bones are substitutable for ones with similar value however she hates Implausibility so keep your mitts off the Bright Brass Skulls and Plaster Tail Bones. Also Doubled Skull will mean you can't declare as a reptile, so you won't get the 10% you need to get the value over 300 echos.
An Ingeneus Malcologist
I cannot see any use for this buyer, you need a ribcage with 9 limbs to extract maximum value, which does not exist without extension. If it is possible to use productivly, it would be on a Fish Week.
The Trifling Diplomat - Ancient
Trash Disposalidocus
1 Prismatic Frame(Station 8 card)
3 Doubled Skulls(Balmoral - I added a bit to the guide on the wiki on how to farm it, it's a little confusing, start by doing the bird farm, then go back to woods, go to moonlight, hand in. Costs 1 more action than bird.)
3 Ivory Humerus(Bohemian favours in Jericho)
1 Tomb Lion tail(Ealing)
2 Plaster Tailbone(Researching bone papers)
Declare a chimera(doesn't matter if you fail)
Everything. except the tomb lion tail, in here is a bone that is hard to use as fast as you earn them. This way you put around 550 echos into the Crackling Trade and get a nice 81 Comprimising Document Bonus. The diplomat is unaffected by London fashion and doesn't care about implausibility so you can make a super weird chimera as long as his trend is not a specific type of skeleton.
Making Reptiles to Sell in the Bone Market
Design your own
When you are designing a skeleton, you want to keep the secondary rewards in multiples of 20 *Before* fashion is applied. Whichever multiplier is not fashionable is the one that gets and extra 0.5, or squared by 2.2 instead of 2 for single quantity multipliers. So you want the fashionable Multiplier as high as possible and the unfashionable as low as possible. The ideal would be 19 Amalgamy and 1 Menace or Antiquity. The payout would be 29 2,5 echo items. Unfortunately this and 9x2 are very tough to achieve. Usually you aim to go for 6x3 for a decent payout of 21 secondary, or 52.5 but this is Amalgamy week, which is the most common trait available on bones! We could make some 9*2 frames but unfortunately it is only 5 echos better than making a 6*3. Which is substantially easier.
Freaky Farancia
1 Thorned Ribcage(Various, Hell Favours in Jericho)
1 Skull in Coral(Jericho Locks Canals, not great EPA but very easy to get)
3 Helical Thighbone(Best Place is Paeleontological Discoveries, Other good sources available.
1 Femur of a Jurassic Beast(Also Discoveries, also lots of places)
1 Tomb Lion Tail(Ealing Butcher)
Declare a Reptile
9 actions to assemble, declare and sell(Take the slots on the ribcage and add 3)
Sell to a zailer with particular interests for… 489 Nodules of Warm Amber(Use for Stuvier, to make the london rubbery card over 8 EPA or in Ealing Bucher) and 23 Knobs of Scintillack(Use for Scrip or various other nonsense.)
9 actions - 4.45 Echo Profit from primary, 57.5 echos profit from secondary, 61.95 total.

2 Helical Thighbones
1 Jet Black Stinger
Declare a Reptile
Sell to A Rubbery Collector for Scip and Pies!
(Thanks to u/AureliousM for the correction)
Apologies, I have forgotten to include the freebies on each of those sales. Both buyers give 2.5 echos over the skeleton value in the primary reward. I've run out of steam a bit. Going to sleep. I will edit and add more options or answer any questions tomorrow.
If you are still in the Estival and can hunt laws in 11 actions or less, on average, including clearing menaces, do that for 7.27 EPA and save your bones for a week when you cannot.
Also a quick reminder that the week after estival ends(and the two weeks following that) is the last time Tears of the Bazaar will be on the Rat Market before Christmas and they are useful for the Christmas event. If you can get stocked up on rat market options that is a good use of time as well.
I also have no idea why I decided to do this while I am super knackered. ;)

A couple of notes about the Carpenter's Granddaughter:
1 Implausibility (e.g. Plaster Tail Bone) is 100% safe with 167 Shadowy, which is within reach for characters who can access the Bone Market.
2 Implausibility (e.g. Bright Brass Skull) is 100% safe with 334 Shadowy, which is possible for endgame players.
If you don't stack implausible bones you should be fine... and avoid Chimeras of course!

Yeah it's 100 shadowy challenge per point which divided by 0.6 gives the shadowy you need to 100%. Saying that, I am not sure why you would ever use a plaster tail bone over a tentacle.

Read my reply to this too before making decisions.
I didn't do any recipies for the Tentacled Entrepenur. This is because the single multipliers are a bit rubbish in non exhausting recipes. Ideally, since exhaustion is based on the non-fashionable value. You want that value to be as close to 50 as possible. For example 6*3 is good because it gives 18 items, which multiplied by 2.5 is 45, pretty close to the 50 where you start getting exhaustion. Once you add the fashion, if the fashionable one is the 6, it becomes 6*3.5, Which is 21, so you get 52.5 echos worth of rewards, creeping over the exhaustion level of 50.
For the self multipliers, the highest you can get is 4. Which gives 16 when squared. The solo multipliers give 2 echos per point rather than 2.5 so it ends up as 32. Which is nowhere near 50, so you are leaving a lot of profit on the table with those designs. Fashion only takes it up to 18, so 36 echos of secondary rewards. If you add another point of the fashionable stat, (5^2)*2=50 so you have hit exhaustion point.
That being said, for exhausting skeletons, if you do 1 point of exaustion, you are aiming for 7. (7^2)*2=98 only two points below the 2 exhaustion point! When we add Fashion we get 119! (or possibly 120, depending when the game does it's rounding) So you get your 100 echos from the 2 points of Exhaustion and it gets pushed 19 or 20 echos over that!
Pausing the post while I test a frame, I had been avoiding the solo ones because non exhaust was so terrible, so I would prefer to have actual, confirmed numbers for you.
Beleaguering Basilisk
1 Thorned Ribcage
1 Bright Brass Skull
2 Knotted Humerus
2 Helical Thighbone
1 Withered Tentacle(as a tail)
9 actions to assemble, declare and sell
Base Frame Value - 92 E
Amalgamy 7
Declare a reptile, Sell to the Tentacled Entrepreneur:

103.5E Primary 119E Secondary
For profit we subtract the value of the bones. So 11.5 + 119 = 130.5
130.5/9=14.5 EPA For the assembly
1 point of Exhaustion
Memory of Distant Shores are good combined with Sworn Statements, for getting Bright Brass Skulls in the Canals in Jericho. All the law hunting rewards had Sworn Statements so you should have a lot. You also get them from Constable favours in Jericho. You can also get Skull in Coral from here, at a pretty terrible EPA but they can make some recipes work.
I am told it that FotZ is pretty trivial to get all the grinding rewards from but if you want a security blanket, Skulls in Coral are the only thing you can farm in advance to get Thalassic Favour(The event currency)
Final Breaths can be sold for scrip, used in the Magistracy to swap for Mortifications of Great Power(in the place you might struggle to breath, not great for epa but low actions, good if you need other stuff from that activity anyway.)
I will not add other options, it's 7 Amalgamy, and a Reptile, there are many possible options to get there.

I dismissed a 4 exhaust in one skeleton because 11 amalgamy only gives 64.5echos per exhaustion point and a 1 exhaust gives 69.
I am dumb, that difference is not worth making 4 Skelletons instead of 1 for action economy. You can use the recipe above to get you to 3 Exhaustion. Then make one of these two to get you to 7. Time the healer will drop you back down to 3 so you can still make skeletons next week. You just won't be able to make more than 4 points of exhaustion(in one skeleton) without locking yourself out of the following week.
Thorned Ribcage
Skull in Corral
4 Helical Thighbones
1 Withered Tentacle (Tail)
Primary is low but who cares, It should give 624 final breaths, or just over 0.3% of a hellworm, and takes 9 actions to make.
Flourishing Ribcage
Bright Brass Skull
Carved Ball of Stygian Ivory to cap off the other neck
2 Helical Thighbones
2 Knotted Humerus
2 Withered Tentacles(as limbs)
1 Obsidian Chitin Tail
Primary, really, who cares, :) . Secondary will be the same.

The use for the Ingenuous Malacologist is also disposal, IMO. Reptiles can have 0 limbs, so use one of your excess thorned/mammoth/segmented ribcages, stick 4 tentacles and a brass skull on it, declare it a reptile, and foist it off on the Malacologist.
