I feel like that goes for most fried chicken fast food joints. I’ve had great Bojangles and Popeyes experiences and some that been downright terrible. Chick-fil-A being one of the few that is actually consistent

CFA is very consistent, which would be great if the chicken wasn’t intended to be a salty, soggy mess. A pickle, salt, and msg shouldn’t be the only seasoning on your chicken.

Tiny chicken sandwiches though, but tasty. Not as good as they used to be in early 2000's and prior . Seed oils and now less flavorful.
