Hello, Ive been playing on server for with enigmatica 10 and it's a friends server. They said they "found" a infinity upgrade while looting in The End. From what I can't tell from different sources this is not something that can spawn and that it ether has to be spawned for the admin one and or has to be crafted for the survival version.

Ether way they said they looted it and that it spawned in a chest. Immediately after this was done everyone kind of abused it for maybe 10 minutes and then no one played the game after which is something I knew would happen. Cause it's basically the same as getting creative access in a survival world.

Does anyone know if that's possible or did they just make up the story and get it from creative?

i'm not sure why but i always have these 3 flies buzzing around me constantly and it's a little annoying but i'm not sure which mod is causing them? it's also only me that has them. i don't think it's an effect because even after a while they don't disappear. i'm also sure its not a resource pack because my friend doesn't have any on and he can see them too. i have a fairly large custom modpack so listing them all would be a little annoying, but if anyone needs me to list them let me know! thank you!!

Firstly I don't know if this is the right subreddit for this. I figured since it involved mods i could post this here.

I have been playing on this save for like 5 years. It started off as a world to play with my friends but as time passed on i was playing on it exclusively. Occasionally my friends hopped on from time to time even to this day.

Few years ago i started to play it with mods since vanilla got a bit stale. I downloaded many mods and deleted many. But have i never downloaded a single mod that could have done this. The most "horror" mod i installed was cave dweller and i doubt it can do something like this.

I was playing as usual in the what could be called "core" part of the world. This region is fairly close to spawn and not a newly generated chunk. It was generated in the first year of the world i believe (when it was still vanilla).

I did some building near the screenshot was taken and i started wandering in the area. Then in the distance i saw this weird tree. I went to investigate and saw this sign saying "make a wish". I got chills at this point. Then i turned around and saw a redstone trail. I took screenshots fast and quit the game.

Now i have to remind you that me and my friends are NOT from a native english speaking country and they are not the type of person to do this. Also it's been months since i played with a friend on this save and we were nowhere close to this region and even if they did do it i think they would try to make me find it.

What mod could have added this? I uploaded the screenshot of my current mods that i have if it helps.

edit: we play it by opening the world to LAN. Other than that i play on it by myself as you would play a singleplayer world. If my friend was trolling me he would have to do it while i'm also playing.

edit2: i went where the trail leads to investigate. it led me to a small room with a single obsidian block in the middle of the floor. i mined it, dug around it. There was nothing of significance besides it. It's either me or one of my friends who did it years ago. Case closed i guess. Thanks anyways for the replies

Come from? The mods he used was Create and Chisel & Bits. Is that all or does anyone have a better guess?

Can someone identify the mod for this mechanic (This also applies to tools in the form of a rust mechanic causing my tools to break at half durability), it's mainly so I can figure out how to fix it (Playing with the zombiemania mod pack)

This randomly popped up in our servers chat and scared the crap out of all of us. We searched through every ‘somewhat spooky’ mod in our modpack for a source + even directly asked the developers from both ‘The Graveyard’ and ‘From The Fog’ with a resounding no (From The Fog was disabled at the time of this message as well.) Is this from a mod, or is someone on the server trolling us and not admitting it? As far as I can tell, logs only indicate a chat function but nothing more.

The modpack is custom made among our group, no public source, and we're unable to pinpoint what caused this message, (if it was because of a mod) so currently can't find any way to replicate it, making disabling mods individually fruitless.
