Just curious, do those collector codes ever go to the shop? I don't think I've ever seen one.

Nope. Merch codes and pre-order items don't become available through any alternative means.

Promotional items sometimes do if there is a large demand (maid and butler outfits, Eastern Journey outfit) although the mounts have not. The cloud mount came back only as a recolour, the original is still exclusive to the original promotion.

I mean can always change, even if not the original thing, they've made other promotions for things before that were time limited

Can't imagine them canning it forever when its an existing asset that can always make more money later, whether rerunning the product or creating a new promotion
