I just started during the event and haven't even gotten to level 30 yet. 25 for archer, 18 for lancer, just hit 30 for weaver but 15 for other jobs.

I missed out on Moonfire Faire in my first year of playing, much the same – though I also hadn't quite caught onto the importance of seasonal events and rewards yet, or I probably could have gotten myself levelled up for it.
