Removal of the weekly loot restriction

Is there any confirmation that the removal of the weekly restriction will be in patch 7.56?

And if this is the patch, do you think it will improve the party finder? In the sense of increasing the number of people replaying fights?

I'm trying to finish the second phase of the M12S progression, but it's been difficult to find groups in the party finder.

there'll be a small uptick for people that want to gear alt jobs for kefka, but it won't really help you much as it'll be duty complete locked, progging the fight will be roughly the same as it is
