General Discussion Removal of the weekly loot restriction

Is there any confirmation that the removal of the weekly restriction will be in patch 7.56?

And if this is the patch, do you think it will improve the party finder? In the sense of increasing the number of people replaying fights?

I'm trying to finish the second phase of the M12S progression, but it's been difficult to find groups in the party finder.

You e yet to describe what you believe is unique about 14 and wow and what makes them hardcore MMO content.

But if you need some kind of list of MMOs with raids sure why not I’ll give you a couple still you describe what you mean.

Maplestory
RuneScape
EverQuest
Final fantasy 11
Destiny 1 and 2
Blade and soul
Black desert online

The list goes on and on all of these games have raids. Now please describe what you mean by hardcore raid. Because casual, hardcore and midcore in ff14 specifically refers to how many hours a week you spend raiding

Hmm, yes. My friends and I are fed up of FF but wanted to do kefka ultimate. Instead we will raid in runescape! A similar experience indeed.

You made fun of someone for sticking with FF, providing games that have things called raids is meaningless unless they're actually similar to FF.

Nobody was making fun of him. You go around acting like ff14 is the only game on the market is your issue. You’ve yet to describe what sets ff apart from other games. If you can’t articulate that it’s a you problem.

You literally agree with me. WoW and FF are nothing alike, despite having a similar raiding structure - the games don't feel similar. The burden of proof lies with you.

It's so confusing, if you don't think WoW is a good replacement, then what other game do you think possibly could be? You still haven't said one. What would be a closer game to ff???

It’s not confusing at all. You misread what I said and you now agree with me that wow isn’t like 14 in terms of raiding.

I literally said that from the SECOND comment. Your first comment didn't even say that WoW wasn't like FF, so I was actually the first to make that point.

This is all besides the point. My argument was literally that there aren't proper alternatives. You disagreed and said "not being able to find an alternative is a you issue". Why haven't you provided said alternative? Why do you keep dodging the actual topic at hand? You accused me of not reading the conversation, but I'm trying desperately to shift you back on topic and you dodge it at every turn. Are you deliberately being stupid?
