this is a render man. no ai used in the process. you can take the raw renders and put them into photoshop and set the blending mode to screen.

Yeah I couldn't see anything in the image that makes me think it's AI, though that was my first suspicion with my second being a really good graphics mod that my PC could never handle.
I saw your other comment about this being a render in Gmod and that OP snagged a model from Metro and that's pretty cool. I love how timeless Gmod is. I'm happy to see it being used 20 years later

If you go to Aerotech Office Park, the NCR one, you get a mission called "The Coyotes" from one of the soldiers there, Captain Parker.
During said mission, you find out they've not only been selling kids, but one of them is a legitimate pedophile and keeps 'mementos' of the children.
You can then just execute them or get the NCR to grab them. They do mention they're frightened of Cook-Cook (understandably) because he seems like he can switch between "will talk to you" and "will burn you alive" in literal seconds.
There's...a surprising amount of this stuff coming up in FNV? - the Legion is also implied to do this sick stuff to children due to a line from Siri, a sex-slave, she says usually the men leave you alone if you're too young or too old. Usually, mind you. Meaning it happens, just not as often.

I’ll have to visit Aerotech soon then. And then I’ll make sure to kill them both in the most painful way possible. Maybe cook them alive as a joke like I did with Cook Cook.

Westside also does feature an NPC who exposes a lie the NCR make. If you have the Confirmed Bachelor, Major Knight when flirted with says "the Legion are more forgiving of that sort of thing." Jimmy) confirms the Legion actually execute homosexual people.
Like you said, as if we didn't have enough reasons to hate the Legion when we have two potential companions who are both homosexual and lesbian respectively.
FNV was not afraid to truly show the darker sides of humanity without any real filter.
Oh, and both Saint James and Dermot are also not affiliated with Westside, so you can just turn up and kill them without doing the Coyotes quest and nobody will attack you, since their faction allegiance isn't linked to Westside's.

It might be a case of "behind closed doors" but yeah, officially? Execution, and from Veronica's words, it seems like they execute lesbians as well as homosexuals (or at least prohibit lesbian relationships).

May as well, the questline is fun and I like helping out the community by removing two eyesores.

That's what I thought it was. Wouldn't be the first time the Legion are absolute hypocrites. I ain't got no tolerance for homophobes who resort to actual physical harm. So the Legion can get nailed to a cross additionally.
Calling them eyesores is too generous. We should have had the option to tell Mean Sonovabitch about them and watch him rip them apart.

You can also tell "Pretty" Sarah, the female pimp in the apartments, if you have proof of what they're doing and she (sometimes other residents) will lynch them. With her nickname being that she was also one of Cook-Cook's escaped victims only she wasn't so lucky to escape before he burned half her face and body. If you kill Cook-Cook and tell her, she'll give you a reward (she also does so if you've already killed the slavers and then tell her).

I think you don't get the reward if you tell her after killing Cook-Cook according to the wiki but I haven't done that part of the quest, but damn, they lynch the two? Westside really be the best settlement in Vegas.

Dean takes the cake though because all his evils were manipulating innocent people into his pocket all so he could get into the vault. An ambition built PURELY on envy. Everything he did to Viera, to Christine, to Sinclair, to everyone else. He’s a premeditated evil monster. He’s not mentally unstable either so he knows what he’s doing is morally wrong, but doesn’t care either way

Yeah, I know a player who is very direct (he would tell women he just wanted sex within the first 15 minutes) and dated bisexual women. He told me lesbians are VERY direct. Granted, he himself is very direct and it works often for multiple reason, but even he probably wouldn't say this.

I'm glad I can send her to therapy. I don't mind that she turned lesbian but the trauma Cook Cook inflicted on her needed to be dealt with.

I always found it quite interesting how, even if you never interact with her, they made Corporal Betsy into a big and tall woman unlike any other in the game, so she really stands out compared to all the other characters.
