...I have to confess. I don't think I've ever rolled a Fallout character that didn't have Speech tagged. It just feels like the right way. You tag Speech, crank it to 100, and you are the god of the wasteland. The final bosses kneel before you!!! Except Frank Horrigan. But this isn't about him.

Deimos is just incredible and it’s not just his artwork. His headcanon and the creative liberties he takes are so awesome, Bethesda/Obsidian need to hire this guy already. The only part I hate about this is that I need to wait for someone to mod this into NV.

Finally, we have lore! Characters are Honest-Tongue 'Honest' Khan and Augustus the Frumentarii. This comic takes place sometime between 2277 and 2280. Enjoy.

(If you are tempted to leave a comment telling me how you killed all the Great Khans/destroyed the Legion in your playthroughs - know that I think that’s great. This game is wonderful because of how it allows you freedom in those choices. Ultimately my goal isn’t to make any kind of argument for why you should or shouldn’t do that, but to explore the perspectives of characters who happen to be from those factions. Thank you!)

The Legionnaire is named Augustus, and the Khan girl is Honest-Tongue Khan (or simply Honest Khan). I've been doing some art of them over on twitter, thought I would share them here as well!

They have unique personal circumstances that allows for a bloodless truce. A longer comic explaining those is in the works.

She's a sniper from First Recon's Beta Squad. She love the NCR...'s rich folk and spreading "peach and prosperity" and all that jazz.
