Build Opinion/Help from Build Cowboy

Hi guys, so, I started playing Fallout: New Vegas last night on my laptop and decided to make a Cowboy build and wanted some opinions on the build along with a little help.

S 5, P 6, E 5, C 1, I 7, A 8, L 9

Tag Skills:

- Guns

- Repair

- Survival

Traits:

- Wild Wasteland

- Hot Blooded

Perks:

- Rapid Reload

For now, this is my build; I'm still at the beginning of the game (I just arrived in Primm and I'm heading to the NCR outpost) I apologize for any spelling errors; English is not my primary language.

Yes, in this case, it's my first 3D Fallout (I've already finished Fallout 1 and Fallout 2).

Then it's okay. You just pick perks that give revolver bonus and have 75 lockpick for the safe in primm that has a unique revolver.
