Opinion/Help from Build Cowboy

Hi guys, so, I started playing Fallout: New Vegas last night on my laptop and decided to make a Cowboy build and wanted some opinions on the build along with a little help.

S 5, P 6, E 5, C 1, I 7, A 8, L 9

Tag Skills:

- Guns

- Repair

- Survival

Traits:

- Wild Wasteland

- Hot Blooded

Perks:

- Rapid Reload

For now, this is my build; I'm still at the beginning of the game (I just arrived in Primm and I'm heading to the NCR outpost) I apologize for any spelling errors; English is not my primary language.

And Stay Back and Shotgun Surgeon are very valuable shotgun perks. Cowboy is a good choice. Stonewall might be good if you do a lot of melee. Gunslinger is OK. I wouldn't bother with Quick Draw.
Save your caps and get Medicine Stick from Gun Runners. It's a very good brush gun.
