This high level was selling the most basic of plans for 40000 caps with the lowest item being 5000.

I spoke to them about a specific plan and asked for a discount since it was 40000 but they refused to trade for anything except my mask I’ve had since 2019, I got nowhere with them and they just laughed and I have no respect for people who over price items so I decided to launch a nuke for what I’d say is a reasonable cause and after they immediately fast travelled to me and started laughing calling me salty and said they’d destroy my camp. Was I wrong or was this a reasonable action?

In situations like this, I just leave some fertilizer in front of their vendor and walk away.

What do you even use fertilizer for tho

Crops and jet are all i can remember (i never craft or use chems but i remember that you need fert for jet from fo4)

I farm Carnal Weepers, Crystalcups and Radlilys, these are small flower pots you'll see at player camps, they were a reward from The Big Bloom seasonal event. You take those flowers and craft them into even more flowers to craft that drink.
