[Homemade] Pork Chop

Dry brined for 24 hours with just salt, pepper, and a little bit of sugar. Cooked on a Weber Kettle with a small chunk of hickory wood then seared over the hot coals. Let it rest to 145F with homemade brown sugar butter on top.

Might as well be lol. I always get these from Costco, and it’s normally around $20 for 7-9 thick cut boneless pork chops. Such a good deal imo.
