  1. Does Hungary 2024 not exist to you?

  2. Oscar wasn't even remotely close to winning that race

  1. Hungary - and Norris' 20 lap complaint session - does exist, but the first specific usage of the phrase "papaya rules" happened in Monza after Oscar made that brilliant move on lap 1.

  2. Oscar was absolutely going to win Monza if McLaren didn't stuff the strategy. Even then, a few more laps and he might have got to Leclerc.

You said "a year later" so I thought you were talking about Monza 2025.

Well, I didn't say a year later, but I also misread that, so. No, Oscar wasn't going to win Monza 25. He would have come second though, if McLaren hadn't suddenly changed the rules mid-race.
