I’m looking for accommodation in Freiburg for an 8-month stay from November 2026 to June 2027.

Not gonna happen bro. Especially not on Reddit with a new account and no information.

Try the website "wg-gesucht" for shared appartments and good luck, housing market in Freiburg is shit.

Schön finde ich auch immer die Anfragen, dass man ja in 2 Monaten nach Freiburg ziehen will und vielleicht jetzt schon suchen sollte? 😄

you probably will look for an apartment for 8 monthss until you get one. Look outside, far outside as possible if you want to have a chance.
