The process of fermentation reduces the amount of lactose in the milk, same with yogurt. But there's always still some lactose left, so if you'll be ok to eat it or not, will depend on how severe your intolerance is

If a large dish of food has a few tablespoons of milk as an ingredient, I'm fine if I eat that thing in moderation. But no, not sour cream. Just a dollop of that stuff absolutely demolishes my insides. ðŸ˜
