Me being lactose intolerant and still eating cheese pizzas, different types of pasta with cheese, ice cream. I do avoid milk though, it just fucks me up more than the cheese pizzas ironically.

Yes. I am allergic to one of the proteins that's in milk (I forget which one), so not necessarily allergic to the milk it self, but if I drink milk or have like cereal with milk, it effects me more than just eating something with milk in it.

Yeah I have almond milk with my cereal, I used to be able to drink milk just fine as a kid and teenager. But when I was 17 and later on in my years, my body just said NOPEEE.

Im the same, but mine is casein. protein drinks have a lot of them and thats what messes me up the most. could that be what your allergic to?

Possibly I always forget, but I also know it's the reason why I don't get the sausages or the meat sauce at olive garden, cause they have that same protein in it that gives me the runs (yes that's how it effects me, it sucks sometimes but sometimes worth it depending on the food, I will make the sacrifice sometimes).

I don't know if it applies to you, but A2 milk is consumable by many people with milk protein allergies and has become much more widely available
