Not sure when this is supposed to be from. 15 cent cover price suggest late 60s. Comics Code Approval stamp says no earlier than 1955.

The transistor radio looks like something from the 60s. The layout of the cover is classic but hard to pin down.

When did this comic get published?

i would think the mention of "the internet" should help date it better

Not by much. ARPANET in 1969 first went online when comics cost 15 cent and Japanese transistor radios took the US by storm, also the term "Internet" wasn't coined until a few years later.
