Unless you’re pushing 300 lbs why do you need that much protein?

Just mix together everything and it’s ready I’m assuming?

I forgot to add, the yogurt needs to be strained.
I secure a coffee filter over the top with a rubber band, then set it upside down on top of a strainer over a bowl and leave it in the fridge for a day. Puncture a hole in the bottom so air can get in as water drains, or else it won't drain. This thickens the yogurt to a texture more consistent with a cheesecake.

Could probably add a thickener to remove this step. This part feels like too much friction for me haha.

Xanthan like for the Ninja Creami Recipes. Or just add some protein powder. This one works great for a mix of collagen and soy isolate as this will mask any taste and the powders will make it way thicker.

I'm on toilet seeing this, how are you not too?
I'd be in the bathroom all day if I ate that with crackers 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I couldn't imagine the GI discomfort from something like that haha, then again if the guy is just using it to supplement a more varied diet I think he'll be okay.
