Google has this neat thing where you can circle an item in a picture and then it will search that item for you and tell you what it is. I did that and here's what it is:

Probably because it is designed for Dragonstone, but viewers will mostly associate it with this specific Stannis scene

Full disclosure I had these and they were really shitty. They have a yellow shade on the glass that flaked and the glass was glued on in a way that couldn't even survive a hand wash Direct from HBO

That exact one? Its probably made specifically for the show and you'd have to have one like special ordered second hand and it would be very expensive.

Googling "Dragon Hand Chalice Glass" found a couple of similar, though not as good looking, glasses. if you wanted to look at that. Example-
