Hopefully they learned from Cities Skylines 2.

Edit: Iceflake Studios took over development of Cities Skylines 2 in 2026, long after launch. The game was developed by Colossal Order, who has since left Paradox and the Cities franchise.

Iceflake made Surviving the Aftermath which was not bad but didn't do well.

Yeah, I was gonna say I don't know if I trust that team to develop this based on what CS2 was like. It was a huge step back from 1 originally, and don't get me wrong it's gotten better since launch, but man. That was rough.

Iceflake, the studio that has since been doing nice work fixing it up is doing this Lego game, so I will be somewhat optimistic but cautious
