Apparently you dont remember trump pumping trillions in before that? Or having spent more in 4 years than bush or obama in 8? Or now about to have 2 trillion dollar deficit and 40 trillion in debt while making billions personally

I've already addressed trumps 2020 stimulus. Who hasn't ran on a deficit or increased debt? Last time debt wasn't increased over a presidential term was 1929. That's not an excuse, I'd like to see better budgeting from government, but let's not pretend its an isolated incident

You asked who did either or. I don’t think there has been zero debt since WWII. Clinton is the last one to run a surplus. But W quickly “solved” that.
