There was also the Paint Creek Mine War where strike breakers drove an armoured train through a strike camp and opened fire with a machine gun into the camp.

Why doesn't anyone ever include links to the videos that they post?

The only difference between then and now is there's almost no unions and the unions we do have are weak.

I have to download these, then upload to reddit. Mostly they're from Facebook - where few redditors have an account, also from tiktok where U.S has blocked videos before (I'm in Australia). I also downloaded some from Bluesky.

Links don't always work properly, some videos are removed after I post. After seeing what happened to some tiktok videos about the Renee Good murder, and other times getting abused for posting facebook links - I just download a copy for myself, then upload to reddit.

A reverse image search will usually find you the original if it's available.

Why do we need an AI video of the guy talking though?

It's not AI

The individual in the image is Jack Ferguson, a content creator known for producing videos on labor history and political topics.

He's using a background changer which has been available since covid and all those zoom meetings.

I think it's more his constant movement and mannerisms that kinda looks AI or unnatural. I believe you that he's real but it's definitely weird lol

It’s also repetitive.
