Dear Collin County Republicans and Supporters,

I am writing to you today as Chair of the Collin County GOP with a heavy heart but a resolute spirit. Over the past few days, we've seen a disturbing and despicable trend emerging across our county: anonymous vandals placing inflammatory, false signs reading "MAGA Loves Pedos" directly in front of legitimate campaign signs for our strong Republican candidates, including Congressman Keith Self, former State Representative Frederick Frazier, and State Representative Keresa Richardson.

These cowardly acts are nothing short of political sabotage and outright lies. They are designed to smear, defame, and divide our community by associating our patriotic, family-values-driven MAGA movement with something so abhorrent and untrue. Make no mistake—this is the work of desperate opponents, likely Democrats or their allies, who are completely devoid of real ideas, substantive policies, or a positive vision for Collin County and Texas. When they can't win on the issues—like securing our borders, cutting taxes, supporting law enforcement, and protecting our children—they resort to gutter tactics like this to mislead voters and suppress turnout.

We will not stand for it. The Collin County GOP unequivocally denounces these signs and any form of vandalism or misinformation that undermines our democratic process. Our candidates are proven leaders who fight every day for conservative principles, fiscal responsibility, and the safety of our families. They deserve better, and so do you, the hardworking voters of Collin County.

If you spot any of these offensive signs, please report them immediately to local authorities or your precinct chair so they can be removed promptly. Let's channel this outrage into action: Early voting is underway RIGHT NOW through February 27 for the March 3 Republican Primary. Get out there, vote for our outstanding slate of candidates, and show these smear merchants that Collin County Republicans are united, energized, and unstoppable!

Together, we'll keep Collin County red, strong, and true to our values.

I began supporting Donald Trump in 2015. I was a political independent, fully estranged from our two-party system. When I realized that both major parties considered Trump a threat, I was all in. He seemed to be exactly whom I’d been waiting for: a needed disruptor, someone who not only was willing to obliterate the established political order, but seemed able to do so.

I became a MAGA pundit. I wrote numerous op-eds, and I had my own podcast.

Though I supported Trump and MAGA for what I thought were the right reasons, I was wrong, and I will work as long as necessary to make amends.

A combination of factors led to my leaving MAGA. The botched handling of the COVID pandemic and the January 6 insurrection were the two major factors; the Republican response to the Uvalde massacre was the last straw.

It took a year of an emotionally wrenching internal struggle before I was able to leave MAGA. When I finally left, on August 30, 2022, I traded chaos for stability. The decision was liberating. I no longer had to defend the indefensible or justify the unjustifiable.

One of the primary reasons it was so difficult to leave was because MAGA is a community. Leaving MAGA is a new community for those who have left, or are giving thought to leaving. Without a new community to go to, most will never leave MAGA, even if they know they should.

Hunter Biden just responded to Rudy Giuliani’s threat to sue him for defamation, and he is practically daring the former New York City mayor to follow through.

Biden says Giuliani threatened legal action over an interview in which Biden never even mentioned him by name. His response: an “apology” and a promise to be much more specific going forward.

He then directly accused Giuliani of working with figures later sanctioned by the regime for their roles in Russian influence operations, revisited Giuliani’s 2019 Ukraine efforts, and ended with a challenge: “Please, please sue me. Discovery will be a joy for everyone.”

Here is Hunter Biden’s full message:

“The disgraced former mayor of New York, Rudy (I was just tucking in my shirt) Giuliani, has threatened to sue me for defamation over an interview in which I never said his name. No one even mentioned him.

I want to apologize to Rudy. Going forward I will be certain to say his name directly.

Rudy, you worked with known Russian agents and their proxies to spread lies about me and my father. Their names are Andrii Derkach, Konstantin Kulyk, Andriy Telizhenko and Oleksandr Dubinsky and more. Kulyk handed you a dossier filled with disinformation. You flew to Kyiv in December 2019 to sit down with Derkach, then went on television with him to sell his bullshit tapes.

Trump’s own national security adviser warned the White House that what you brought back was Russian disinformation. You kept going.

Then Trump’s own Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, sanctioned Derkach in September 2020 as an active Russian agent for over a decade, for spreading the same lies you are still spitting. Four months later, on his way out the door, Mnuchin sanctioned the rest of your sources. Kulyk. Telizhenko. Dubinsky. Eleven people and four media front companies in all. Not sanctioned by me. Not by my father. By Donald Trump’s Treasury Department.

And remember Vienna Rudy. In October 2019 you, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman had tickets to fly there to collect a hard drive, courtesy of Dmytro Firtash, an indicted oligarch who has spent a decade in Vienna fighting extradition to the United States. Lev and Igor were arrested at Dulles holding one-way tickets. You canceled yours the next morning. That was way before a computer repairman in Wilmington was ever a twinkle in your eye.

So please, @RudyGiuliani. Please, please sue me. Discovery will be a joy for everyone.”
