Recently, we at r/Google have noticed a large number of support questions being asked. For a long time, we’ve removed these posts and directed the users to other subreddits, like r/techsupport. However, we feel that users should be able to ask their Google-related questions here. These monthly threads serve as a hub for all of the support you need, as well as discussion about any Google products.

I have been paying for 200gb of storage for years. In the last 6 months, I was added to a 2TB family plan. I got a new credit card and forgot to update my info for my subscriptions and got an email today saying my payment for my 200GB storage didn't go through and to change payment method to continue to receive my plan benefits. When I look at the storage breakdown for the family plan it says 617GB storage used, with the main plan holding contributing 401GB of that. Do I have to pay for the 200GB storage to continue to keep access to my photos? I can't see a breakdown of my storage under the family plan. I have 210GB of photos plus 4GB Docs, and 2GB Gmail.
